Does the blitz video have the blitz video book so the students can go over what Laureen is saying in the video?

there is no Blitz book but there is a video of my entire CPT manual with all my notes. You can pause it anywhere you want and copy in your own book.

What book is that? This is what I'm asking, is there a book that I can purchase so I can follow your notes on the video. I don't want to have the wrong CPT or anyother coding book.
